Pricing questions

Your website price is kept low because it comes with a year of care. That year covers hosting, security, backups and updates while your new site settles in and starts ranking. After the first 12 months you can change or stop your plan.

Yes. You can move up to a bigger plan any time, and the new price starts from your next bill. Moving to a smaller plan is available once your first 12 months are up.

Change hours reset each month and don’t roll over. Anything beyond them is $95 an hour, and I’ll always quote it before I start.

No. Tell me where it’s registered and I’ll connect it to your new site. If you’d like me to look after renewals too, I can transfer it across.

For most small businesses, the $6 a month business email is all you need: a professional address on your own domain, set up on your phone and computer. If you want shared calendars and documents, I can set up Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 instead for a one-off $149, and you pay the licences directly to Google or Microsoft.

Ad spend for Google, Facebook or Instagram is paid directly to those platforms. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 licences are paid to Google or Microsoft. Everything else is on this page.

No. I’m not registered for GST, so the prices you see are the prices you pay.
